Friends, the warm-up is all about getting your mind and body ready to move. Before your next workout focus on a progressive warm-up for better results. Here’s one that works great for us and we think you’ll agree. All of these moves are done for a minute and then repeated twice each for a total of a 10 minute warm-up. 1. air squats 2. jumping jacks 3. slow push ups 4. mountain climbers 5. 200m jog. Then take 30 seconds and visualize your workout. Picture yourself going from exercise to exercise. Focus on the muscle that will be worked as you picture each exercise. Then, go crush it!
