So we’ve all been there and or had buddies that tell the same old story. They tweak a muscle, slip a disk or have some other fun stopping injury in the gym. What if we listened to the small signs of an oncoming injury and stopped before we crossed that line? That’s what jet engines do. If I have a fault in an engine, the engine says, “hey dude, I need some rest,” through different codes that register in the cockpit. Once I see one of those codes I know to keep the jet on the ground until it gets fixed or land it when I can. If you power through a sign that you need to rest a muscle, knee, shoulder, etc. you’re disregarding jet engine fault codes brother. So keep yourself in the gym, enjoying life and crushing it personally and professionally by treating your body like a jet engine. Hit me with your thoughts in the comments below.
